We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error in the order or if a product is damaged.
It is imperative to Contact us before returning a product within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will send you the procedure.
Note that return and re-shipment costs are at the customer\'s expense.
Cancellation of the order
You can cancel an order only if it has not already been shipped. We therefore suggest that you contact us as soon as possible.
Late or missing refund
If you do not receive a refund within 10 business days of it being processed by Miss Lili\'s Boutique, contact your credit or debit card company (depending on your payment method). It may take some time for your refund to be posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
